Disable introspection on CDN but not on source

Stellate should send a header to enable introspection to the graphql endpoint.

I've disabled my introspection on my server, since I'm almost done with development and have started testing from a production perspective.
I get way too many sentry errors about introspection being disabled. Although it is possible to stop them on the server side. I think stellate having a config option to support this is very much needed.
Please do look into this soon, if possible. Tim Suchanek

Introspection is good for Development purposes with GraphQL CodeGen, but it's also bad because Anyone can see the whole Queries & Mutations of a GraphQL API, these leads to security Attacks & Spamming. If there is way of enabling introspection when Developing & disabling after finishing Development, it will be Awesome.
